iPhone 4

Apple officially launched “iPhone 4” on 24 June, 2010. The gadget with its amazing new features make it more powerful and user friendly to the iPhone lovers. The iPhone 4 weighted 137g, but it’s a lot smaller than iPhone 3GS, with dimensions of 115.2mm x58.6 mm x 9.3mm in stainless steel edge.

Face Time:

iPhone 4 makes users dream for video calling to the reality.  Active “FaceTime” no need to set up a special account or screen name. Just find the entry and hit the Face Time button or from an ongoing voice call just hit the Face Time button on the phone screen.

With the help of two cameras- front and back user can have the facilities to share videos during a video call. Face Time can be used to make video calls only to other iPhone 4 users over a Wi-Fi network. Apple is giving away its FaceTime technology to other mobile phone manufacturers. It must be help to increase uptake of the video-calling technology.

This gadget includes a LED flash on the back so that user can get the best possible light during Video calls and capturing images. Using 5 Megapixel & 5x Digital Zoom, the iPhone 4 can capture high-definition 720p video at 30 frames per second. It’s iMovie makes it extremely easy to edit clips using the device and creates pleasing, professional level videos.

Retina Display:

Text in books, web pages, and email is crisp at any size because of iPhone 4’s special “Retina Display”. The pixels are so small that they can’t be detected by the human eye -Apple says. The Retina display glass is oil-resistant coating and chemically strengthened to be clean, harder and scratch resistant than others. Retina display has four times the resolution of the iPhone 3GS. The pixel density of iPhone 4 is 326 pixels per inch, it means that, movies and photos are pin-sharp at any angle.

Multitasking:

Multitasking is the most noticeable feature of iPhone 4. Now using third party applications like Skype, Twitter, Facebook etc. and switch between them instantly is much easier without slowing down the performance of the foreground app.
